Damaged goods on arrival
If your order arrives with visible damage, please take clear photos of the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Opened or used items
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used — especially intimate or personal care items. Please ensure the product meets your expectations before opening the packaging.

Return shipping
