I really like this product, and really enjoyed it but the motor died after only one month of use. Not worth it for the price they are charging.

I have a few of these Lelo products for myself, so when I decided to treat the ladies I'm hosting for my best friend's bachelorette party, I knew exactly which brand I was going to support.
I haven't tried this product myself, because it will be a gift... but I can say...
1. It came shipped discreetly. There is the Amazon package and then the toy box itself has a black fabric around it that conceals what the item is.
2. The packaging is elegant and feels like a luxurious treat when unboxing.
3. I've had great experiences with the people behind the brand and highly recommend you support them on social media or contact their customer support if you have any questions. They are very kind and helpful.

I think this thing is not at all worth what they are asking for it. I turned it on with excitement after charging for the required length of time only to be disappointed... I had wanted this toy now for over six months and finally gave in and spent the money only to regret it a few hours after it had arrived. How do I get in contact with the company? I also think it could be a possibility that it isn't working properly.

I got this for my partner and she struggled to find the setting where it is just on at a high speed, so we decided not to use it that first time. I played around with the buttons to find the setting the next time in advance of inviting her into the bedroom, but then the battery died almost immediately. I tried charging it and using it right after, but doesn't seem to hold a charge very well. I have reached out to Lelo support and they offered to troubleshoot, but did not offer a return. We are no longer interested in a replacement but just want to get our money back and move on to a different brand that stands allows returns. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Owned this toy for 11 months and it never became a favorite. If you like stimulation that is very localized, you'll love this item.
