Damage during shipping
If your item arrives with visible damage, please take clear photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will assess the case in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and offer a suitable solution.
Opened or used items
According to Irish and EU consumer laws, intimate products cannot be returned once opened. We only accept returns if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs
