It's useless if you don't spread it well to the other side as you pull the tape, and you can't wrap your finger in a circle like a normal condom and cover it in a circle, it's hard to put on, and the part you pull is painful.
So, if it's just hard to put on, that's fine, but when you put on a condom to a certain extent, there are places where the wrapped part becomes thinner and harder to put on, right?
I replaced it with a new one while thinking that it would somehow remind me of a time when I wasn't used to using condoms, and for some reason I finally opened 4 of them and tried them out, but they still only covered the middle of the rod.
Eventually I gave up and used the usual yellow one.
