These are heavier than I thought . Went in nicely and felt nice . But unless your pelvic floor is strong it can be a little challenging

For such a simple design this product creates a wonderful experience. Very easy to use, and to clean. Durability has been wonderful. These can be inserted and left in for hours at a time and not only strengthens your muscles but the inner weighted ball moving creates a deep pleasurable sensation inside.

Instructions are very clear and if you’re new at these exercises I recommend starting with the lower weight like they suggest.

Stupid fast shipping, I got it the very next night after ordering. The packaging was very pretty(I got the Noir set). I was really excited to try them out. This was my first time ever trying these things and I even left them in for 5 hours!! I didn’t even have any problem with them coming out on their own like some people reviewed. I did my normals chores which required going up and down my stairs a lot. Since that didn’t do anything, I tried running and jumping jacks, and still I felt nothing. Not worth the money I paid for them.

I was surprised at how well these work. Wear for 15minutes a day only. It will strengthen the pelvic muscles. It's comfortable and will not irritate you.

sharp edges where the balls join to form the ball no way they belong inside a human being and the silicone was offgassing so serioous smell no thank you

Tested them out when I received them. First time using something like these and I'm excited to keep trying them out. They are lighter then expected, but from what I've read they're meant to be a starter so you can build up to a heavier weight.

Absolutely fantastic product! Best bang for the buck for kegal balls! I’ve used them almost daily since they arrived and I love them! Slip em in before running errands, going for a walk, yoga or just working around the house. Perfectly weighted to be noticed but not too much to be uncomfortable. Great for exercising and with just the right pressure and rumble in the right places, going out dancing just got a lot more pleasurable!

I got these because I wanted to have better “control” down below. Whether it’s better bladder control, more intense orgasms, and/or a “death grip” lol...I want all of it. I getting in shape and I want to improve myself inside as well as outside. I got the Noir. I seem to be able to hold 1 in all day with no problem. However, when I add the second I struggle a little. Not to be to graphic, but it’s like after a minute or 2 with both I’m “crowning”. I can feel them moving when both are in though. It’s a work in progress :)
