Items damaged in transit
If you receive a damaged product, please take clear photos of the package and product, and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
Opened or used items
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. This includes all intimate and personal items. Please make your purchase decisions carefully.

Return shipping costs
Unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
