Damaged items during delivery
If your order arrives with visible damage or packaging issues, please take clear photos of the box and the item, and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Canadian consumer protection regulations.
Opened or used products
Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, unsealed, or used. This policy applies especially to intimate or personal use products. Please be sure of your choice before opening any packaging.
