I talked my man into letting me get these for varies reasons and the big one being so that i could better learn to control my inner muscles and to tighten everything up so that i could better squeeze him. I am 21 and have been with my one man and after having these in for 45 minutes and going about my daily life i could feel a difference after just that short amount of time. I can tell they are there when i sit a certain way or walk a specific way, ESPECIALLY if i squat. OMG! im working with the smaller pink ones with the harness right now and thats enough for me for the time being. i give these a 5 star and recommend them to anyone who is curious.

I had a hip replacement last year and I started using these to help build my pelvic floor since it was damaged after surgery and I was having incontinence because of it. I could tell the difference within a couple weeks of stay use. I used them for up to an hour a day, about 2x a week.

These are quite large and upon reading the directions, I decided to try using two of the heavy beads. Even with tons of lube, it takes a fair amount of tugging to pull them out, and they most certainly do not want to slip out on their own. I tried running around, jumping with my legs apart (I know, it's a hilarious image), and they did not want to come out. I have never given birth and I have never had incontinence problems, so this may not happen to you.
Although they don't provide me with PC exercise, they are still fun to use. I like to put one in before running some errands, and I sometimes find myself moving around a lot to feel the inner beads move. It's a nice subtle feeling, not like a vibration or anything. Overall, I have fun with these and continue to use them.

I am using these for the first time today. They feel really amazing inside of me. I have not taken them out yet, so not sure if it is strengthening the muscles like it's supposed to, but it still feels great!! You cannot beat this price either. They retail for about $20 more! Lelo is a great product line. All of their products are high quality and come with a one year replacement warranty, as well as a 10-year warranty to get something half off if your product fails! Highly recommend this product!!!

So, I didn't realize that they came in regular and mini sizes. Considering I am under 35 and have never had a child these are a bit large for me. But my gf can probably use them because she is wider, so I'm good with that. They are dead silent once inserted, easy to remove (unlike crystal eggs without strings, gah!) and easy to clean. I am going to get the noir set or mini set at a later date, I think, since they are smaller.
Also the silicone holder did not bond to the silicone lubricant (pink) that I use.
