This is an excellenr product that is worth every penny. It is comfortable, soft, and pleasing to both myself and my partner. The battery life is fantastic thus far and the ability to connect to bluetooth is awesome! I am very satisfied with this product!

Delivered on time, great. The product kept losing bluetooth connection and turning off, more stop start than a car in a traffic jam- not the best.
Discussed with amazon and they sorted it promptly, suitably and great customer service.
Wouldn't rate the item, particularly the remote control/app benefit. Anti climax.
