Damaged items during shipping
If your product arrives damaged, please send clear photos to [email protected] within 48 hours. We will review the situation and arrange a return or replacement as per Indian consumer law.
Opened or used products
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. This applies to all personal and intimate items.
