Damage during transport
If you receive a package with signs of external damage, please document it (photos of the box and product) and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours. We will review your case and offer a refund or replacement in accordance with EU consumer rights.
Opened or used products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed intimate products. This is in line with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Responsibility for return shipping
Unless the product was faulty or damaged during delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
